Terms & Conditions

 

Purchase price includes 12 months helpdesk support and online updates - including tax tables and legislative changes. Ongoing charges (the annual subscription) apply on the anniversary of your activation date.


Express payroll direct phone support (helpdesk assistance) costs $15 per incident, online training is charged in quarter-hour units at $50 per unit.


Charities and NPO's may be entitled to a discount at reseller's discretion. Discounts do not apply to hire or subscription.


Smoothpay/Gold MUST be registered before it can be used. An activation code will be issued after purchase which will permit use of the software for 12 months from the activation date. A renewal code will be issued on receipt of payment for the annual subscription fee or hire renewal, payable on the anniversary of your activation.
